Violet Jane was registered as a company in Vermont
on 10/29/2004.
Our vision is to provide high-quality hand-dyed yarns
and fabrics to artists who will use them for fiber arts
such as punch-needle hooking, traditional
rug-hooking, and knitting. Our yarns and fabrics will
be known for their clear consistent colors. Violet Jane
will be known for its quick and personal response to
customers.

Sara Burghoff is the owner of Violet Jane, a Vermont
company creating hand-dyed wool yarns and fabrics
for rughooking artists.
Sara has been making hooked rugs since 1986.
She has been a member of ATHA and the Green
Mountain Rug Hooking Guild since the early 1990's.
She is a Certified Oxford teacher.
